Lets Buy Books is a UK-based online bookstore website offering a wide range of discounted titles across fiction, non-fiction, children’s books, and seasonal collections.
With Q4, Black Friday, and Christmas campaigns approaching, they needed a fast, modern, and high-converting website to handle increased Google Ads traffic and email marketing volume.
Their previous website had an outdated layout, cluttered pages, and lacked key conversion and trust elements – making it difficult to scale during the busiest sales period of the year.

- The homepage now includes a stronger hero banner, clearer category grids, improved spacing, and prominent sections for Best Sellers and Latest Products. The overall layout guides users directly into shopping flows with fewer distractions.
- Added clearer product information, reorganised details such as author, SKU, and publisher, and designed a cleaner layout for better readability. Optional urgency cues and improved calls to action help increase conversions, while updated sold-out styling improves clarity.
- Implemented high-value email systems including first-order discount pop-ups, abandoned checkout recovery sequences, customer win-back flows, and templated campaigns. These automations help recover lost sales and keep customers engaged.
- Integrated reviews, improved the USP section, added FAQs and contact clarity, and cleaned up outdated elements. These changes build trust and improve buying confidence.
- We removed unnecessary apps, improved site speed by optimising images and layouts, ran performance testing, checked search accuracy, and added missing meta descriptions for SEO. These refinements created a more stable and efficient backend environment.
