Project Overview
Dr Vapes is one of the UK’s leading vape brands. After designing their original website redesign in 2021–2022, the brand expanded into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It now required a new website built specifically for a new demographic and Gulf B2B operations.
The Challenge for Dr Vapes Saudi Arabia
Saudi Arabia required a complete shift in user experience, language structure, and content. The project involved:
- Converting the entire website layout from Left-to-Right (LTR) to Right-to-Left (RTL)
- Translating all copy into the authentic Gulf/Saudi dialect
- Adapting the interface and navigation for a culturally different audience
- Adding new features suited for the Saudi market: store locator, distributor pages, and a redesigned menu
Approach
We rebuilt the KSA version of the Dr Vapes website from the ground up with regional alignment in mind:
- Full RTL conversion for all interface components, menus, and product sections
- Native-level translation ensuring accurate Gulf phrasing and tone
- New navigation structure optimised for local user behaviour and mobile-first browsing
- Store locator pages showing all Saudi retail locations
- Dedicated distributor section designed for B2B enquiries and partnerships
Solution
The new website maintains Dr Vapes’ premium UK brand identity while delivering a culturally aligned, region-specific user experience. The interface reads naturally in Arabic, the content feels native, and the structure simplifies access for both consumers and B2B distributors.
